护理干预在无创机械通气治疗重症支气管哮喘的临床体会 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨护理干预在无创机械通气治疗重症哮喘的意义。方法:选取2015年2月-2018年1月笔者所在医院收治70例无创机械通气治疗的重症哮喘患者。采用数字随机法分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予心理护理、呼吸道护理、参数调节护理和并发症等护理等护理干预。比较两组患者血气变化情况、无创通气的成功率、并发症发生率。结果:观察组的血气的动脉氧分压、pH值、二氧化碳分压明显改善,较对照组无创机械通气成功率高,并发症发生率低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预能显著改善无创机械通气治疗重症哮喘患者的病情,减少无创机械通气的并发症,值得临床推广应用。 Objective:To investigate the significance of nursing intervention in the treatment of severe asthma with non-invasive mechanical ventilation.Method:From February 2015 to January 2018,70 patients with severe asthma and treated with non-invasive mechanical ventilation in our hospital were received.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by digital random method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group were given nursing interventions such as psychological care,respiratory care,parameter adjustment nursing and complications.The changes of blood gas,the success rate of noninvasive ventilation and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The arterial oxygen partial pressure,pH value and carbon dioxide partial pressure of the observation group were significantly improved.The success rate of non-invasive mechanical ventilation was higher than that of the control group,the complication rate was lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention can significantly improve the condition of non-invasive mechanical ventilation in patients with severe asthma and reduce the complications of non-invasive mechanical ventilation.It is worthy of clinical application.
