消化内镜检查过程中应用心理干预对缓解患者不良情绪的影响

The Influence of Psychological Intervention in the Process of Digestive Endoscope Examination to Alleviate the Bad Mood of Patients

目的:基于消化内镜检查患者应用心理护理对缓解不良情绪效果。方法:于2017年1-8月纳入94例消化内镜检查患者,按照就诊先后顺序分为参照组和研究组,各47例,分别予以常规护理和心理护理,对比两组患者不良情绪缓解效果,以及受不良情绪影响的血压心率变化。结果:护理后研究组患者SAS评分明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者检查后收缩压、舒张压、心率更为平稳,均低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:予以消化内镜检查患者心理护理干预,可改善患者不良情绪,稳定患者血压及心率,效果理想。

Objective：To evaluate the effect of psychological nursing on the management of bad mood based on the examination of digestive endoscopy.Method：From January to August 2017,94 patients with digestive endoscopy were included.According to the order of treatment,they were divided into 47 cases in the reference group and 47 cases in the study group,and were given regular nursing care and psychological nursing care respectively.The effects of the two groups of patients’ adverse mood relief and changes in blood pressure and heart rate due to bad mood were compared.Result：The SAS score of post-nursing in study group was significantly lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate were more stable in the study group than those in the reference group before examination,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The psychological nursing intervention of patients with digestive endoscopy can improve the bad mood of patients,stabilize blood pressure and heart rate,and have an ideal effect.
