中医护理干预对骨质疏松症患者预后影响

Effect of TCM Nursing Intervention on Prognosis of Patients with Osteoporosis

目的:探讨中医(TCM)护理干预对骨质疏松症患者预后的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院2015年1月-2017年1月收治的130例骨质疏松症患者的临床资料,按照床号的单双将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组65例。所有患者均给予常规药物治疗,对照组在治疗的基础上给予常规护理干预,观察组在治疗的基础上给予中医护理干预。观察两组患者骨骼疼痛症状控制情况,并且比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组患者护理后的骨骼疼痛症状控制效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对骨质疏松症患者使用中医护理干预能够有效地缓解其骨骼疼痛,降低其骨损伤的可能性,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective：To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） nursing intervention on the prognosis of patients with osteoporosis. Method：The clinical data of 130 patients with osteoporosis admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the model number.All patients were given conventional drug therapy,on the basis of treatment the control group was given conventional care intervention,the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine care intervention.observed whether the symptoms of bone pain in both groups were controlled and compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Result：The control effect of the skeletal pain in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The use of traditional Chinese medicine care intervention in patients with osteoporosis can effectively relieve the pain of bone,reduce the possibility of bone injury,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
