延续护理在提高宫颈癌手术出院患者自我护理能力的应用效果

Application Effect of Continuous Nursing in Improving Self Care Ability of Cervical Cancer Patients after Operation and Discharge

目的:探究延续护理在提高宫颈癌手术出院患者自我护理能力的效果。方法:以笔者所在医院2017年1-9月接诊且出院的66例宫颈癌手术患者为观察对象,以数字表法将其随机分为研究组、对照组,均为33例,向对照组患者提供常规出院指导,以此为基础,向研究组患者提供延续护理,观察比较两组出院半年的自我护理能力、生活质量。结果:研究组出院半年的生活质量、自我护理能力均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:延续护理有助于提高宫颈癌手术出院患者自我护理能力,加速其康复速度,进而改善其生活质量,效果显著,具有一定的研究价值。

Objective：To explore the effect of continuous nursing on improving self-care ability of discharged patients with cervical cancer.Method：A total of 66 cases of cervical cancer patients were treated and discharged in our hospital during the 1-9 month of 2017.The patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,33 cases in each group.Provided the routine discharge guidance to the control group,on this bases,the patients of study group were provided with continuous nursing.Six months after discharge,the self-care ability and quality of life of the two groups were recorded.Result：The quality of life and self-care ability of the study group were higher than those of the control group for six months after discharge,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Continuous nursing is helpful to improve the self nursing ability of the patients who are discharged from cervical cancer surgery,accelerate the recovery speed and improve the quality of life.It has a significant effect and has a certain research value.
