赤霉素对三种冷季型草坪草种子萌发的影响

摘要 本试验通过5mg/L、10mg/L和20mg/L三种不同浓度赤霉素对高羊茅、黑麦草和早熟禾三种冷季型草坪草种子进行浸种催芽处理,研究表明:三种草坪草种子活力有差异,低浓度赤霉素对三种草坪草种子萌发有一定促进作用,但不同种子对赤霉素敏感性存在差异,依次为:高羊茅>早熟禾>黑麦草,促进其萌发的赤霉素最适浓度分别为:小于5mg/L、5mg/L、10mg/L。 In this experiment, the seeds of three cool-season turfgrass, such as tall fescue(Festuea arundinacea),ryegrass(Lolium perenne)and bluegrass(Poa pratensis), were treaded by different 6A3 in three concentration of 5mg/L, 10mg/L and 20mg/L.The results showed that there axe differences in the seeds vigor of three turfgrasses;low concentration of GAB could promote the seeds germination of three turfgrasses, but the sensitivity of different seeds to GAB was different, as follows: tall rescue 〉 bluegrass〉 ryegrass, the optimum concentrations of GAB were: less than 5 mg/L, 5mg/Land 10 mg/L.
