摘要
现阶段,大学生就业问题较为严峻,我国社会发展速度越来越快,对人才要求越来越高,各行各业已经呈现出饱和的状态。传统的高校教育模式难以满足现代社会发展对人才的要求标准。本文基于此进行分析,表明大学生创新能力以及创新能力教育现状,并提出相应的改革策略。
This paper shows the current situation of College Students＇innovative ability and innovative ability education, and puts forward the corresponding reform strategies to comprehensively improve the level of innovation ability training in China＇s colleges and universities.
