摘要
每个人都有受教育的基本权利,每个人都有其独特的个性、兴趣、能力和学习需要,学校要接纳全体儿童,并满足他们的特殊教育需要。我国大部分的特殊孩子仍然没有地方去,长期处于家庭之中。学校和家庭要有机配合,促使特殊孩子能力提升,早日回归主流社会。
Everyone has the basic right to education. Everyone has his own unique personality, interests, abilities and learning needs. Schools should accept all children and meet their special educational needs. Most of our special children still have no place to stay in the family for a long time Schools and families should be organically coordinated to promote the ability of special children and return to society at an early date.
