摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定女士保健酒中阿魏酸及其降解产物的分析方法用于测定阿魏酸的含量,对测定方法的精密度、稳定性、重复性和加样回收率进行了考察,结果均良好。并用此方法对女士保健酒中的阿魏酸含量进行了稳定性的考察。
A method for the determination of ferulic acid and its degradation products in healthcare wine for women by high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） had been developed. This method was used to determine the content of ferulic acid in wine, its precision, stability, repeatability and recovery rate were investigated, and the results were all satisfactory. Besides, the stability of ferulic acid in healthcare wine for women was studied.
