文化创意产业视角下三线建设保护与利用研究

Research on protection and reuse of third line construction from the perspective of cultural and creative industries

在大力推广文化创意产业发展的政策前提下,作为曾经三线建设重点城市的绵阳,随着城市经济转型,三线建设遗产与城市发展产生了极大冲突。通过梳理绵阳三线建设发展历程,全面调查重点遗址区现状特征,并结合工业遗址保护与再利用的理论和实践案例,提出一些战略性思考。

Under the policy premise of vigorously promoting the development of cultural and creative industries,Mianyang,once a key city of the third-line construction,has a great conflict with the urban development with the urban economic transformation. This thesis by combing the development process of Mianyang third line construction and comprehensively investigating the current situation and characteristics of the key sites,puts forward some strategic thinking combined with the theory and practical cases of industrial sites protection and reuse.
