摘要
通过对TOD模式下土地利用结构的研究,结合成都火车北站现状土地利用布局,通过两者对比,找出火车北站土地利用存在的问题,并根据TOD发展模式提出相应的土地利用优化建议。
Through the study of land use structure under TOD mode,combined with the current land use layout of Chengdu north railway station,by contrast,find out the existing problems of land use in north railway station,and puts forward suggestions to optimize the land use according to the development mode of TOD.
