摘要
就混凝土面板两种槽向的刻槽参数和粘结层SBS改性沥青用量两方面因素进行了层间抗剪强度的试验研究。通过试验给出横向槽与纵向槽的最佳组合分别为:刻槽宽度5 mm、深度3 mm、间距10 mm与宽度3 mm、深度3 mm、间距10 mm,SBS改性沥青粘结层最佳用量分别为0. 9 kg/m^2,1. 0 kg/m^2;最终给出了层间抗剪强度最优的横向刻槽方式,为复合式路面结构的层间设置提供理论支持。
In this paper,the interlayer shear strength tests were carried out on the factors of the groove parameters of the concrete panel and the amount of the adhesive layer SBS modified asphalt. The best combinations of transverse grooves and longitudinal grooves given by tests are:groove width 5 mm,depth 3 mm,spacing 10 mm and width 3 mm,depth 3 mm,spacing 10 mm,the optimum amount of bonding layer for SBS modified asphalt is 0. 9 kg/m^2 and 1. 0 kg/m^2 respectively. The test results also show that the transverse groove has a more larger interlayer shear strength than the longitudinal groove,and provide theoretical support for the interlayer setup of composite pavement structures.
