市政道路水稳层施工质量问题分析与解决措施

Analysis and solution of construction quality problems of municipal water stabilization layer

水稳层施工是影响市政道路建设质量的重要方面。对市政道路工程水稳层的质量控制问题进行了分析,从水稳层材料配比不合理、水稳层与下层结合不合格以及水稳层混合料的水泥剂量和含水量控制不到位三方面论述了水稳层施工存在的问题,提出了控制水稳层混合料原材料质量、水稳层混合料配置比和水稳层施工过程的具体措施。

The construction of water stabilizing layer is an important aspect affecting the quality of municipal road construction. This paper analyzes the quality control of water-stable layer in municipal road engineering,and discusses the problems existing in the construction of water-stable layer from three aspects： unreasonable material proportion of water-stable layer,unqualified combination between water-stable layer and lower layer,and inadequate control of cement dosage and water content of water-stable layer mixture. Material quality,water stable layer mixture ratio and specific measures for construction of water stabilization layer.
