装配式住宅节约成本分析及对策研究

Cost saving analysis and countermeasure research of prefabricated residential buildings

从装配式住宅的节约成本出发,分析并研究了装配式住宅的现状,指出其节约成本的方法及原因,并提出了相应的对策,对于其在我国的良好发展具有现实性意义。

Based on the cost saving of prefabricated houses,the status quo of fabricated houses is analyzed and studied. The methods and reasons for cost saving are pointed out,and corresponding countermeasures are put forward,which has practical significance for its good development in China.
