机电工程是民用、工业、铁路、公路等项目的中枢神经系统,其造价构成是否合理,直接影响整个项目的建设投资。以实际工作为基础,详述机电工程竣工结算审核的内容、方法和注意事项,并针对竣工结算过程中存在的问题,对建设项目招投标阶段提出相关建议。

The electromechanical engineering was the central nervous system of civil,industrial,railway,highway and other projects,whether its cost composition was reasonable or not directly affected the construction investment of whole project. Based on the actual engineering,this paper elaborated the contents,methods and matters needing attention of completion settlement audit of electromechanical engineering,and according to the existing problems in completion settlement process,put forward relevant suggestions for the bidding stage of construction project.
