介绍了BIM的概念及渊源,论述了BIM技术在工程造价管理中所起的作用及应用趋势,并分析了BIM技术当前面临的问题,提出了BIM技术在造价管理中的发展思路。
The paper introduces the concept and origin of BIM technology,discusses the role of BIM technology in engineering cost management and its application tendency,analyzes its facing problems,and puts forward the cost management development concept of BIM technology.
