摘要
从岩土工程勘察项目管理者的角度,以某典型跨江特大型市政桥梁岩土工程勘察为例,通过项目前期策划、外业实施、资料整理和成果提交三方面探讨如何进行项目管理、提高项目质量、保证工程进度,同时从三方面介绍了岩土勘察项目管理的重点,有利于勘察项目的合理化管理。
From the perspective of geotechnical project managers,taking a typical cross-river large-scale municipal bridge geotechnical engineering survey as an example,introduces how to carry out project management,improve project quality and ensure project progress through three aspects: pre-project planning,field implementation,data collation and project submission. At the same time,the key points of geotechnical investigation project management are introduced from three aspects. It is helpful for reasonable management of survey projects.
