高真空引流瓶在腔镜完全乳晕入路甲状腺切除术术后的运用及护理

Postoperative Application and Nursing of High Vacuum Drainage Bottle in Endoscopic Thyroidectomy via Breast Areola Approach

目的:研究高真空负压引流瓶在腔镜完全乳晕入路甲状腺切除术的应用疗效、改良及护理要点。方法:82例行腔镜甲状腺手术的患者随机分为两组,术后分别用REDON真空负压引流瓶(实验组)和负压引流器(对照组),比较两组患者的并发症及术后引流情况等。结果:实验组在并发症发生、引流效果优于对照组(P <0. 05),两组在置管时间和住院时间上差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:REDON高真空负压引流效果充分,减少腔镜完全乳晕入路甲状腺切除术后并发症的发生,可减少护士工作量。

Objective： To investigate the effectivity and main points of postoperative nursing of applying the high vacuum drainage bottle in endoscopic thyroidectomy via breast areola approach. Methods： 82 patients underwent endoscopic thyroidectomy via breast areola approach in The First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University between January 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, and accepted REDON high Vacuum drainage （ for experimental group ） and negative pressure apparatus （ for control group ）, respectively. Complications and postoperative drainage of both groups were collected and the difference was analyzed. Results： A significant difference was observed in incidence of complications and total volume of drainage between experimental group and control group （ P 〈0.05）. The experimental group was identified with less complications and more total volume of drainage. No significant difference was found in catheters-days and length of hospital stay （ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion： REDON high Vacuum drainage was identified with efficient drainage, less postoperative complications. It can reduce the workload of the nurses thus deserving popularization.
