用逆转录聚合酶链反应分析北京地区不同人群丙型肝炎病毒基因型

摘要 为了解北京地区HCV感染的基因型及基因型与各种肝病的关系,利用逆转录聚会酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测了220例北京地区不同人群血清中HCVRNA,对43例阳性患者的PCR产物用限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP)进行分型,结果,40例(93.0%)为Ⅱ型感染,2例(4.7%)为Ⅲ型感染,1例(2.3%)为Ⅱ/Ⅲ型混合感染,表明北京地区以HCVⅡ型感染为主。 To study the genotypes of hepatitis c virus (HCV) in Beijing areas and the relationship of the genotypes with various liver diseases, HCV RNA in 220 sera from different populations in Beijing areas were detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). The PCR products of 43 HCV RNA sera were then analysed by restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP). The results showed that 40 (93.0%) were HCVtype H infection, 2 (4. 7%) were type Ⅲ infection ana only 1 (2. 3%) was type Ⅱ/Ⅲ coinfectio n. It is evident that genotype of HGV in Beijing has bcen mainly type Ⅱ infections. All the type Ⅲ were in patients with chronic liver disease.
