新型城镇化与农业现代化的耦合协调——基于甘肃省2003—2016年数据的演化分析

The coupling coordination between the new urbanization and agricultural modernization——Based on the evolution analysis of 2003—2016 years' data in Gansu

通过构建甘肃省新型城镇化与农业现代化耦合协调的指标体系,建立耦合协调度模型,分析了2003—2016年甘肃省新型城镇化与农业现代化的耦合协调度水平,得出以下结论:新型城镇化与农业现代化的耦合协调水平在不断提高;各状态层的发展水平整体上呈现上升趋势,但存在不协调性。最后从提质增效、乡村振兴、统筹兼顾等方面提出了对策。

The article constructed an indicator system for the coupling coordination of new urbanization and agricultural modernization in Gansu,and established a coupling coordination model,analyzed the level of coupling and coordination between new urbanization and agricultural modernization in Gansu from 2003 to 2016,and drew the following conclusions： the level of coupling and coordination between new urbanization and agricultural modernization is constantly improving,and the development level of each state layer shows an upward trend on the whole,but there is inconsistency. Finally,countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of quality improvement,efficiency enhancement,rural revitalization and overall consideration.
