摘要
选取钦州湾自然岸线,研究了目前的港口规划对钦州湾水交换的影响,并设置不同的湾口围填控制线,通过湾内水交换能力对不同控制线的响应,探讨了围填控制线的设置。计算结果表明,在进行围填工程后,钦州湾地区的潮通量以及水体半交换周期发生了一定变化;依据《海湾围填海规划环境影响评价技术导则》,从水交换角度来考量,目前的钦州三墩作业区和防城港企沙作业区的港口规划的布置满足导则的要求,湾口两侧围填控制线之间的最短距离应不小于8. 8 km。
Considered the natural condition of Qinzhou Bay and harbor construction plan, different bay mouthreclamation plans were set. In these plans, the response of water change ability to these plans were calculated. Basedon the results, the bay mouth reclamation control line was discussed. The results show these plans effect tidal fluxand half-exchange period . Based on Directives of Strategic Environmental Assessment for the Reclamation Planningsin Bay, the harbor construction plan in Sandun of Qinzhou and Qisha in Fangchenggang can meet the demand indirectives, and the distance of two sides in reclamation plan should be no less than 8.8 km.
