权术人格一般是指个体为了达到个人目的而不惜采取一切手段的思想倾向和行为活动。领导干部的"权术人格"的主要表现为理想信念缺失:口是心非,迷恋权力;法纪执行折扣:阳奉阴违,实施权谋;党群关系对立:漠视诉求,显摆权势;选人用人谋私:任人唯亲,玩弄权术。这些潜在深刻地影响着法治社会建设,会给法治社会建设带来"黑暗"的影响。为此,应当创新活动机制,坚定理想信念;严明法规纪律,迫使廉洁用权;完善亲民制度,促使亲民爱民;纯洁党内关系,规范选人用人。从而铲除领导干部"权术人格"的生成土壤,净化党内政治生活和社会风气,为法治社会建设扫清障碍。

Machiavellian personality generally refers to the thought tendency and behavior of individuals to use all means to achieve their personal goals. The main manifestation of the ＂personality of power＂ of leading cadres is lack of ideal belief： duplicity, obsession with power; implementing law and discipline at a discount： complying in public while opposing in private, playing political trickery ; the relationship between the party and the masses is opposite： disregarding masses＂ appeals and showing off power; selecting and appointing cadres for self-profit： nepotism, playing politics. The potential has a profound impact on the construction of a legal society, which will bring about a ＂dark＂ impact on the construction. Therefore, we should innovate activity mechanism, firm ideal belief; enforce laws in a strict and just way; improve the system of favoring people and loving people. Cleaning up relations within the party and standardize the selection and employment of candidates. In this way, we will eliminate the formation soil of the ＂ machiavellian personality＂ of leading cadres, purify the political life and social atmosphere of the party, and remove obstacles for building a legal society.
