集成实时监测系统的有轨蒸汽观光小火车的结构设计

摘要 为了填补现有旅游业领域有轨蒸汽动力小火车布局的空缺和相关运营的不足,设计了一种集成实时在线监测系统的复古有轨蒸汽观光小火车。该蒸汽动力小火车动力系统汽机使用锅炉加热后产生的具有一定压力的蒸汽作为动力源,以锥齿轮传动机构来完成动力转换,实现动力充足供给;同时集成有运营在线监测系统,实现机车运行实时管理,确保行车安全。该蒸汽动力小火车的研发有利于拓展旅游产业,提高经济产值。 In order to fill the gap of the layout of small railroad steam trains operating in the current tourism industry and the shortage of related operations. A retrofitting small tourist railroad steam train with integrated real-time monitoring system was designed. The steam power system of the train uses pressure steam generated by boiler heating as the power source. The bevel gear transmission mechanism is designed for power conversion and to realize sufficient power supply. At the same time, the online operation monitoring system is integrated to realize the real -time management of locomotive operation and ensure the safety of running. The research and development of the steam powered railroad train is beneficial to expanding the tourism industry, improving the economic output.
