日语专业实训实习机制建设研究——以凯里学院为例

A study on the Construction of Practical Training and Practice Mechanism for Japanese Major——a case study of Kaili University

实训实习作为本科院校人才培养方案中,必不可少的一项重要内容,合格的本科毕业生,离不开实训实习的锤炼。而实训实习机制的建设与完善,是保证实习生胜利完成实习工作的基础。本文主要介绍了凯里学院日语专业的人才培养方案;实训实习工作的基本情况;分析了日语专业实训实习机制在建设过程中存在的问题;并明确提出了如何解决这些问题的策略。以期对其它学校日语专业实训实习机制的建设,提供参考。

As essential part of the talent training program in colleges and universities, the qualified undergraduates nmst experience the practical training and practice. The construction and perfection of practical training mechanism is the basis to ensure the successful completion of internship. This paper mainly introduces the talent training plan of Japanese majors in Kaili Universityas well as the basic situation of practical training and practice. Analyzing the problems existing in the construction of practical practice mechanism of Japanese majors, this paper put forward the strategy of how to solve these problems. The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the construction of practical training mechanism for Japanese majors in other colleges.
