摘要
本文分析了当前高校心理健康教育现行状况及其困境,有针对性地提出了心理健康教育向自主化转型的理念。结合易班网络教育的新趋势与自主教育的特点,分析其实施的可行性,认为以易班为平台的心理健康教育自主化应注重亲历参与行动、激发感受情感、团体合作分享和师生共同成长。
This paper analyzes the current status and difficulties of mental health education,and put forward the idea of mental health education to change into self-independence.h combined with the characteristics of independent education and the e-class education trend,analyzed the feasibility of its implementation. The self-independence of mental health education should focus on personal experiences, stimulate feelings,teamwork and growing together.
