技术进步偏向性、产权结构与中国区域能源效率的分析

Analysis of technological progress bias, property right structure and regional energy efficiency in China

经过研究发现,除少部分地区外,多数地区技术进步总体呈现偏向资本,偏向程度自东向西过渡,呈现逐渐增加趋势。技术几部偏向性程度增大后,区域资本节能效应变小。本次分析后,能够观察到区域技术进步差异性,明确产权结构对区域能源效率的影响异质性,有利于改善我国要素结构,使供给侧改革具有明确方向。

Except for a few areas, most of the technical progress shows a tendency towards capital in general, and the degree of bias is gradually increasing fi＇om east to west. When the bias of technology increases, the energy saving effect of regional capital becomes smaller. After this analysis, we can observe the differences of regional technological progress, and make clear the heterogeneity of the impact of property rights structure on regional energy efficiency.
