浅谈高职校学生管理中的“学生自治”

"学生自治"是提升高职学校管理水平,简化管理流程的一个重要途径。高职校招生人数多,学生各方面差异较大,管理人员的工作繁忙而复杂,在这样的工作环境下,学生的自治尤为重要。本文分析了高职背景下学生实行自治时需注意的一些问题:要注重分组自治,达到化繁为简的效果;要加强监督,注重权利的分割;要注重班长谈心制,加强工作针对性。注意了以上问题,可以让"学生自治"顺利进行,实现班级管理的自动化。

＂ Students ＇ autonomous managenlent＂ is an important way to improve the management level of vocational schools and simplify the management process.The number of students era＇oiled in higher vocational schools is large,the differences among students are great,and the work of managers is busy and complex. In such a working environment, students＇ autonomous management is particularly impor）ant. This paper analyzes some problems that should be paid attention to when students implement autonomous management in higher vocational colleges：pay attention to grouping autonomy to simplify the eomplicated;strengthen supervision and pay attention to the division of rights;pay attention to the class monitor＇s heart-to-heart talk system and strengthen work pertinence. Paying attention to the above problems can enable the＂students＇ autonomous management＂ to proceed smoothly and realize the automation of class management.
