近年来,福山区总工会坚持把企业文化建设作为振兴企业经济、推进和谐发展的重要措施,以服务职工群众为根本,以开展文体活动为契机,以提升企业核心竞争力为目标,积极发动职工参与企业文化建设,活跃了职工的文化生活,增强了企业的凝聚力和向心力,推动了企业和谐劳动关系发展。

In recent years,the Fushan Federation of Trade Unions has insisted on the construction of enterprise culture as an important measure to revitalize the enterprise economy and promote harmonious development,based on serving the workers and masses,taking sports activities as an opportunity,aiming at enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises,aetively mobilizing employees to participate in the construction of enterprisesculture,and actively enlivening the staff and workers. Cultural life has strengthened the cohesive force and centripetal force of enterprises,and promoted the development of harmonious labor relations in enterprises.
