摘要
目的:优化平卧菊三七提取工艺。方法:以乙醇浓度、溶媒倍量、提取时间为自变量,以绿原酸提取率及干膏得率为因变量,通过对自变量各水平进行多元线性回归及二项式拟合,选择合适的拟合方程模型,采用效应面法优化最佳工艺,并进行预测分析和验证试验。结果:得到的最佳提取工艺为:21倍量58%乙醇,提取2次,每次105min。结论:采用星点设计-响应面法能有效优化平卧菊三七提取物的最佳提取工艺。
Objective: To optimize the extraction preparation of Gynura procumbens Lour. Methods: Independent variables were ethanol concentration, solvent amount and extraction time; dependent variables were the extraeiont rate of Chlorogenie acid and the yield of extract. Linear or non-linear mathematic models were used to estimate relationship between independent and dependent variables. Select the appropriate fitted equation model, response surface method was used to optimize extraction; prediction was carried out through comparing observed and predicted values. Results: Optimal extraction teehnology was as following: extracted 2 times with 21 times the amount of 58% ethanl, 105 min each time. Conclusion: The extraction preparation of Gynura proeumbens optimized by central composite design-response surface method is effective.
