学生技能大赛引发的教学改革思考——以辽宁省中等职业学校学前教育专业学生技能大赛为例

学前教育专业学生要掌握未来幼儿教师应具备的多项技能。本文以省赛、市赛为研究背景,结合近年来幼教师资质量存在连年下滑趋势,且不能与社会需求实现完好对接的现状,分析技能大赛存在的问题,思考如何将技能比赛与教学改革紧密结合,为加快学前教育专业技能教学改革的对策,营造实用型大赛氛围贡献微薄之力。

Preschool education major students need to master many skills of kindergarten teacher. Taking province and city match for example, the paper introduces the failing tendency of preschool education teaching quality inreeent years and eun＇ent situation. The problems in skill megagame are analyzed. The methods for the connection between skill match and teaching reform are given, which can serve the education reform.
