以职业能力为导向的电子信息类实践教学改革探究

一个人的实践能力是解决实际问题的必备素质条件,而高等学校就是为学生培养实践能力的平台。随着信息化的发展,当前各大高校在电子信息专业实践教学方面做出了巨大的努力,给国家培养了大量的电子信息技术人才,给我国电子信息技术的进一步发展做出了巨大的贡献。而然,在教学发展过程当中出现了较大的问题,即电子信息专业的毕业生职业能力和实际工作需求存在着一定的差异。这就需要教师在培养学生的过程中要逐渐的以职业能力为导向,对学生的职业能力培养给予高度的重视,在提升学生专业知识的基础上,提高职业能力,培养更优秀的学生,进一步推动国家的高速发展。
