个性化目标教学法在高职神经外科护理实习教学中的应用

Application of Individualized Target Teaching Method in Nursing Practice Teaching in Higher Vocational Department of Neurosurgery

神经外科护理实习是高职临床教学中最重要的一个环节,相对其他护理而言,神经外科护理具有一定的复杂性。本文主要对个性化目标教学法在高职神经外科护理实习教育中的应用进行了分析和探究,并论述了实施个性化目标教学的意义,以便培养实习生护理能力,提升神经外科护理成绩,使其以后更好的进行护理工作。

Neurosurgery nursing practice is the most important part of clinical teaching in Higher Vocational colleges. Compared with other nursing,neurosurgery nursing has certain complexity.This article mainly analyzed and explored the application of individualized goal teaching method in neurosurgery nursing practice education in Higher Vocational colleges, and discussed the significance of implementing individualized goal teaching,so as to cultivate the nursing ability of interns, improve the nursing achievement of neurosurgery,and make it better for nursing work in the future.
