摘要
结直肠癌是胃肠道常见恶性肿瘤之一,常发生肝脏转移,故预后较差。近年来,肝转移已成为结直肠癌研究的重要领域。本文对结直肠癌肝转移的相关分子机制做简要概述。
Colorectal cancer is one of the common malignant tumors of the gastrointestinal tract, which often occurs in liver metastasis, with poor prognosis. In recent years, liver metastasis of colorectal cancer has become an important research spot in this area. This article provides a brief overview of the molecular mechanisms involved in liver metastasis of colorectal cancer.
