摘要
本文利用水扬基萤光酮(SAF)与铝的灵敏反应直接测定了人发中痕量铝。方法简便,不用分离,灵敏度较高,(ε=6.3×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)),相对标准偏差小于1.2%,加样回收率在97~103%之间。
This paper reports the direct speetrophotometric determination of aluminum in the human hair samples dy means of the sensitive reaction of Al Saticylfluorone. This direet method is simple, rapid, reliable and high sensitive (ε=6. 3×104L·moL-1·cm 1). The results show that the relative standard deviation is less than 1. 20% and the recoveries of the samples are 97-103%。
