摘要
论述了高师数学教师素质面临的三大挑战:时代挑战,教育挑战,改革挑战。面对“三大挑战”,高师数学教师应具备五个基本素质:“与时俱进”的职业道德素质,“宽广厚实”的专业素质,“现代先进”的教育素质,“全面发展”的能力素质,“健康向上”的心理素质。
The author discusses the change of the quality of mathematical teachers in Normal Colleges and Universities such as the change of time、education and reforming. Facing the change, the mathematical teachers should have five basic quality.
