新世纪伊始,我国已进入全面建设小康社会的关键时期。我国是一个农业大国,农业人口占大多数,因此,我们必须加快农业现代化,推动全面小康社会的建设。

At the beginning of new century, our country goes into the decisive point when wholly construct Xiao-Kang society. Our country is a large agricultural country. Peasants take the large proportion of whole population. So we must speed up the modernization of agriculture in order to impel the construction of whole Xiao- Kang society.
