摘要
本文从输入假说和输出假说出发,指出阅读和写作应相辅相成。笔者从调查和统计分析得出学生在阅读和写作上的主要困难皆为词汇。为了帮助大学非英语专业本科学生克服词汇缺乏的困难,教师应通过阅读帮助学生扩大词汇量,通过写作来运用并内化阅读所得词汇知识。
This article, starting from the input hypothesis and the output hypothesis, suggests that reading and writing is associated with each other. Based on the investigation and statistical analysis, the author indicates that students’ major problem of reading and writing lies in vocabulary. Therefore, teachers may help students build up vocabulary through reading, and internalize vocabulary through writing.
