摘要
本文针对我国高等学校研究生扩招所带来的问题,详细分析了影响研究生培养质量的因素,并结合我校研究生培养工作,较为系统地探讨了高等学校改进研究生培养工作及保障研究生培养质量的方法和措施。
This paper analyses in detail the influential factors of quality of graduates in according to the problems that are brought by expanded number of graduates in institution of higher education of our country. The methods and measures discussed systematically to improve and enhance the quality of graduates according with the works of graduates in our school.
