摘要
本文结合实际,分析了高新技术产业开发区(高新区)的发展现状。针对新时期出现的一系列行政管理问题,提出了改革建议;并为进一步融入国际行政管理体系,跟上世界经济的发展步伐,对国际化行政管理体制的创新进行了对策分析。
This paper retrospects basic condition reformational and innovational practice and existing problems of the administrative management system in china’s New&Hi-tech industrial development zone, and proposes systematically concrete measures and suggestions for setting up an internationalized administrative management system and operating mechanism.
