Some Thinking about Taking the Office by Law

依法执政是我们党的基本执政方式,不断完善党的领导方式和执政方式,是加强党的执政能力建设的重要内容。要切实做到依法执政,必须对新时期依法执政的现实性、紧迫性和必然性有清醒的认识;要切实做到依法执政,必须依法治党,从严治党;要切实做到依法执政,必须处理好依法执政与权力制约的关系,建立健全权力制约机制。

Taking the office by law is a basic form of holding power of CPC. It is an important content of strengthening the capacity of holding power that insisting on the construction the model of leadership and goverance must be reformed and improved .If we practically want to take office by law ,we must have a clear realization of the reality urgency and necessity of taking the office by law; we must strictly administer our party by law; Furthermore, we must seriously deal with the relationship between taking office by law and power constraint and establish perfect power perfect power constraint mechanism.
