Planning of Platform-based Production Line of Electric Vehicle General Assembly

为了优质高效地规划电动汽车总装平台化生产线,实现柔性混线生产。该文基于项目实践和电动汽车产品模块化平台特点,主要从平台化生产线规划展开研究,归纳并总结了电动汽车生产线平台、标准工艺流程、标准生产线布局及主要工艺设备规划要点。为提升电动汽车生产线规划质量和效率,形成标准化全球性工厂提供参考。

In order to plan the platform-based production line of electric vehicle general assembly with high quality and effieieney, and realize the flexible mixed line production, based on the project practice and the characteristics of the modular platform of EV products, this paper mainly studied from the planning of platform-based production line, and summarized the platform of EV production line, standard process, standard production line layout and key points of major process equipment planning. It provides reference for improving the quality and effieieney of EV production line planning and forming standard global factories.
