黎语加茂话复合词主要有并列式、偏正式、动宾式、动结式及附注式五种结构类型。加茂话可以通过隐喻和转喻的方式来造词,其构词理据体现了本民族特有的认知方式,蕴涵着独特的文化内涵。

There are five types of compound words in Jiamao dialect of Li Language： coordinative, subordinative, verb-object, verb-resultative complement and additive. Words in Jiamao dialect can be formed by metaphor and metonymy. The motivation of its word-formation embodies the unique ethnic cognitive style and contains unique cultural connotations.
