摘要
目的探讨青年脑卒中患者家庭康复体验需求。方法选择社区青年脑卒中患者作为访谈对象,共纳入研究的青年脑卒中患者共15例,采用质性研究的方法,面对面、半结构、深入会谈方法收集资料。采用现象学7步分析方法分析,根据内容提炼态度、心理、行为、认知方面的体验。结果行为体验主要有寻求个人独立、寻求自我调整、寻求专业指导;态度体验主要有无奈感、迫切感、孤独感;心理体验主要有挫败感、恐惧感;认知体验主要有:对疾病的认知及对健康的认知存在偏差。结论青年脑卒中患者面对脑卒中后康复过程中的态度、心理、行为、认知方面存在问题。在实际工作中,一方面要根据患者具体情况、独特的体验制定身心康复计划,另一方面也可从宏观上为患者提供群体化的康复计划,促进患者的康复。
Objective To explore the needs of home rehabilitation experience for youth stroke patients. Methods Community youth stroke patients from communities were selected as interviewees. A total of 15 youth stroke patients wereincluded in the study. The qualitative research methods, face-to-face, semi-structured, and in-depth interviews wereused to collect information, and the phenomenological 7-step analysis method was used. Based on the content, the experience of attitude, mental activity, behavior, and cognition were refined. Results The behavioral experience mainlyincluded: seeking individual independence, seeking self-adjustment, and seeking professional guidance; attitudes andexperiences mainly included feelings of helplessness, impatience and loneliness; the mental experiences mainly included frustration and fear; cognitive experiences mainly included: deviations from the cognition of diseases and cognitionof health. Conclusion This study has found that youth stroke patients have problems with their attitudes, mental activities, behavior, and cognitive aspects in the post-stroke rehabilitation process. In practical work, on the one hand, it isnecessary to formulate physical and mental rehabilitation plan according to the specific conditions of the patient and the unique experience. On the other hand, macroscopically, patients can be provided with a group of rehabilitationplans to promote their rehabilitation.
