补肾活血汤辨证治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症的疗效与安全性评价

Efficacy and safety evaluation of Bushen Huoxue decoction in the differential treatment treatment of lumbar disc herniation in the elderly

目的考察并评价补肾活血汤辨证治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症的疗效与安全性。方法选取2015年1月~2017年12月诊断为腰椎间盘突出症就诊患者90例,采用随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组,各45例。干预组使用补肾活血汤基本方,对照组给予扶他林片,均连续治疗2周,比较两组总体疗效、疼痛情况以及肝肾功能、血尿便常规情况。结果治疗结束后对照组总有效率为77.7%,干预组总有效率为93.3%,干预组明显较优(P<0.05);治疗后两组JOA下腰痛评分均有升高,疼痛视觉模拟评分均有降低,且干预组改善更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组肝肾功能、血尿便常规无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论补肾活血汤辨证治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切,能有效改善患者腰椎间盘突出的临床症状,减缓患者疼痛且安全性较高,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To investigate and evaluate the efficacy and safety of Bushen Huoxue decoction in the treatmentof lumbar disc herniation in the elderly. Methods A total of 90 patients with lumbar disc herniation diagnosed fromJanuary 2015 to December 2017 were enrolled. The patients were divided into intervention group and control group byrandom number table, with 45 cases in each group. The intervention group was treated with Bushen Huoxue decoction.The control group was given voltaren tablets. The two groups were treated for 2 weeks. The overall efficacy, pain, liverand kidney function, and blood, urine, stool routine between two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the control group was 77.7%, and the total effective rate of the intervention group was 93.3%. Theintervention group was significantly better（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the JOA lower back pain scores in two groups wereall increased, and the pain visual analogue scores were all decreased. The improvement of the intervention group wasmore obvious, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There were no significant differences in hepaticand renal function, blood, urine, stool routine between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The Bushen Huoxue decoction is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in the elderly. It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of lumbar disc herniation, slow down the pain, with safety of patients, and it is worthy of being promoted in clinical practice.
