抗胆碱能药物与苯二氮?类药物治疗阿立哌唑所致静坐不能的疗效比较

Efficacy comparison of anticholinergic drugs and benzodiazepines in the treatment of akathisia caused by aripiprazole

目的探讨抗胆碱能药物与苯二氮?类药物在治疗阿立哌唑所致静坐不能的疗效对比。方法研究选取2014年6月~2017年6月在我院接受治疗的66例使用阿立哌唑治疗后出现静坐不能的精神分裂症患者,随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组患者予抗胆碱能药物(苯海索片4~6 mg/d),对照组患者予苯二氮类药物(劳拉西泮片1.5~6 mg/d;氯硝西泮片1~4 mg/d;阿普唑仑片0.4~2.4 mg/d)对症治疗7 d,观察两组药物治疗前与治疗后4 d、治疗后7 d巴恩斯静坐不能量表(BARS)总体临床评价分的变化,比较两组药物临床疗效。结果抗胆碱能药物与苯二氮类药物在治疗阿立哌唑所致静坐不能的疗效上有显著差异(χ~2=18.002,P<0.05)。两组药物在治疗后第4天、第7天评分均有下降,但治疗后第7天观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论抗胆碱能药物在治疗阿立哌唑所致静坐不能的疗效方面显著优于苯二氮?类药物。

Objective To compare the efficacy of anticholinergic drugs and benzodiazepines in the treatment ofakathisia caused by aripiprazole. Methods 66 patients with schizophrenia who had akathisia caused by aripiprazole after treatment from June 2014 to June 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients inthe observation group received anticholinergic drugs（Benhexa tablets 4-6 mg/day）, and patients in the control group received benzodiazepines （Lauracil tablets 1.5-6 mg/day; clonazepam tablets 1-4 mg/day; Alprazolam tablets 0.4-2.4 mg/day） symptomatic treatment for 7 days. The changes in the scores of Barnes akathisia rating scale（BARS） before and after 4 days of treatment and at 7 days after treatment were observed. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of drugs wascompared. Results There was a significant difference in the efficacy of anticholinergic drugs and benzodiazepines in thetreatment of akathisia caused by aripiprazole（X2=18.002, P〈0.05）. The scores of the two groups of drugs decreased onthe 4th and 7th day after treatment, but the scores of observation group was significantly lower than those of the controlgroup on the 7th day after treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Anticholinergic drugs are superior to benzodiazepines in the treatment efficacy of aripiprazole-induced akathisia.
