综合护理干预在25例无抽搐电休克治疗抑郁症患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis on the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on 25 patients with depression receiving modified electroconvulsive therapy

目的分析综合护理干预对25例无抽搐电休克治疗抑郁症患者中的应用效果。方法在本院收治的抑郁症患者中随机选择50例作为研究对象,均来自2015年1月~2017年12月,分为对照组和实验组,每组各25例,两组抑郁症患者均实施了无抽搐电休克治疗,对照组患者采取常规护理干预,实验组患者采取综合护理干预,对比两组患者对护理的满意度、抑郁情绪自评量表评分以及NOSIE量表评分。结果实验组患者对护理的满意度明显高于对照组患者,实验组患者的抑郁情绪自评量表的评分明显低于对照组患者,并且实验组患者对于NOSIE观察量表的评分显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预在很大程度上提高无抽搐电休克治疗的抑郁症患者的生活质量和生活水平,及对护理工作的满意度,值得被临床推广。

Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on 25 patients with depression receiving modified electroconvulsive therapy. Methods A total of 50 patients with depression who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were randomly selected as study subjects. The patients weredivided into the control group and experimental group, with 25 cases in each group. They were all given nursing intervention measures. The patients with depression in both groups were given modified electroconvulsive therapy. Patientsin the control group were given routine nursing intervention. The experimental group was given comprehensive nursingintervention. The satisfaction with nursing care, the score of the self-rating scale of depression and the score of NOSIEwere compared between the two groups of patients with depression. Results The satisfaction degree with nursing for thepatients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The scores of the depressionself-rating scale in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the scores ofthe NOSIE observation scale in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention greatly improves the quality of life and living standards of patientswith depression receiving modified electroconvulsive therapy, and also increases the satisfaction with nursing work,which is more worthy of being promoted.
