早期康复护理对急性脊髓炎患者日常生活活动能力的影响

Effect of early rehabilitation nursing on activities of daily living of patients with acute myelitis

目的探讨早期康复护理对急性脊髓炎患者日常生活活动能力的影响。方法将2015年3月~2017年11月我院收治的60例急性脊髓炎患者作分组研究;对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上引入早期康复护理,比较两组的下肢肌力、生活能力评分、心理状态评分及护理满意度。结果观察组患者下肢肌力分级明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者干预后生活活动能力(Brathel)评分均优于入院时评分(P<0.05),观察组(64.1±9.7)分,显著高于对照组(53.9±11.4)分(P<0.05);两组患者干预后的焦虑评分(SAS)、抑郁评分(SDS)均优于入院时,且观察组SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组对护理服务的满意度为96.67%(29/30),显著高于对照组的83.33%(25/30)(P<0.05)。结论对急性脊髓炎患者实施早期康复护理,可有效改善患者的身心健康并改善患者不良情绪,进而推动和谐护患关系的建立。

Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on the activities of daily living of patientswith acute myelitis. Methods 60 patients with acute myelitis admitted in our hospital from March 2015 to November2017 were divided into groups. The control group was treated with routine nursing. The observation group introducedearly rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the routine nursing. The lower limb muscle strength, life ability score, mentalstate score, and care satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results The lower limb muscle strength of theobservation group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The life activity ability （Brathel） scoresof the two groups were better than those at admission（P〈0.05）. The score of observation group （64.1±9.7） points was significantly higher than （53.9±11.4） points of the control group （P〈0.05）. The anxiety scores （SAS） and depression scores（SDS） of the two groups were better than those at admission. And the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group wereall significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction of the observation group for nursing services was 96.67% （29/30）, which was significantly higher than 83.33% （25/30） of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing for patients with acute myelitis can effectively improve the physical and mental healthof patients and improve their negative emotions, thus promoting the establishment of a harmonious relationship betweennurses and patients.
