乳腺肿瘤冰冻切片与石蜡切片病理诊断准确率的比较分析研究

Analysis and Research of Comparison of Accurate Rate of Frozen Sections and Paraffin Sections in Pathological Diagnosis of Breast Tumors

目的比较分析乳腺肿瘤冰冻切片、石蜡切片病理诊断准确率。方法选取2016年3月—2018年3月该院收治的100例行手术治疗的乳腺肿瘤患者作为观察对象,在术中取肿瘤核心部位标本进行冰冻切片、石蜡切片病理诊断,比较两种诊断方法对乳腺肿瘤的诊断准确率。结果石蜡切片病理诊断显示良性肿瘤66例,恶性肿瘤34例;冰冻切片诊断显示良性肿瘤65例,恶性肿瘤33例,延迟诊断2例,延迟诊断率为2.00%,假阴性1例,假阴性率为1.00%;与石蜡切片病理诊断比较,冰冻切片的诊断准确率为98.00%,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=2.020,P>0.05)。结论石蜡切片病理诊断是临床诊断乳腺肿瘤的金标准,术中冰冻切片诊断准确率高,对乳腺肿瘤性质的判定、手术方案的制定提供准确的诊断依据,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To compare and analyze the comparison of accurate rate of frozen sections and paraffin sections in pathological diagnosis of breast tumors. Methods 100 cases of patients with breast tumors with operation in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected, and the specimens in the tumor core sites were used for the pathological diagnosis of frozen sections and paraffin sections, and the accurate rate of the two methods was compared. Results The paraffin section pathological diagnosis showed that there were 65 cases with benign tumors, 34 cases with malignant tumors, and the frozen sections showed that there were 65 cases with benign tumors and 33 cases with malignant tumors, and 2 cases with delayed diagnosis, and the delayed diagnosis rate was 2.00%, 1 case was false-negative, and the false-negative rate was 1.00%, and the diagnosis accurate rate of frozen sections was 98.00%, and the differences were not statistically significant （χ^=2.020, P〉0.05）. Conclusion The pathological diagnosis of paraffin sections is the golden standard in clinical diagnosis of breast tumors, and the diagnosis accurate rate of frozen sections is high, which can provide accurate diagnosis basis for the determination of breast tumor property and formulation of surgical plan, and it is of higher clinical application value.
