摘要
目的探究人工泪液治疗白内障超声乳化术后干眼症的临床效果及安全性。方法选取该院于2016年1月—2018年1月收治的78例白内障患者做为该次的研究对象,通过随机分组的方法将78例患者分为对照组和观察组,每组39例患者。其中对照组患者通过重组人表皮生长因子进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加0.3%玻璃酸钠滴眼液进行治疗,对两组白内障患者治疗前后干眼症状评分和患者满意度进行比较。结果对照组患者干眼症状评分中的泪液分泌由治疗前的(7.2±1.4)分,治疗后提高至(12.8±2.7)分,泪膜破裂由治疗前的(5.7±1.6)分,治疗后提高至(11.5±2.4)分,不良反应发生率为12.82%;观察组患者干眼症状评分中的泪液分泌由治疗前的(7.1±1.3)分,治疗后提高至(9.3±2.2)分,泪膜破裂由治疗前的(5.5±1.5)分,治疗后提高至(9.1±2.0)分,不良反应发生率为2.56%。两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对患者在重组人表皮生长因子的基础上加玻璃酸钠滴眼液进行治疗可以明显提高白内障患者的临床效果及安全性,对于白内障患者具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To study the effect and safety of artificial tear mytear in treatment of xerophthalmia after the phacoemulsification. Methods 78 cases of patients with cataract admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 39 eases in each, the control group were treated with hEGF, while the observation group were treated with 0.3% sodium hyaluronate eye drops on the basis of the control group, and the scores of eye dt7 symptoms and satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups. Results The secretion of tears in the control group increased from (7.2±1.4)points before treatment to (12.8±2.7)points after treatment, and the tear-film rupture increased from (5.7±1.6)points before treatment to (115±2.4)points after treatment, and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 12.82%, and the secretion of tears in the observation group increased from (7.1±1.3)points before treatment to (9.3±2.2)points after treatment, and the tear-film rupture increased from (5.5±1.5)points before treatment to (9.1±2.0)points after treatment, and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 2.56%, and the differences were obvious with statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion The sodium hyaluronate eye drop on the basis of the hEGF can obviously improve the clinical effect and safety of patients with cataract, and it is of important clinical significance to the patients with cataract.
