右美托咪定注射液用于气管插管全身麻醉围手术期的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探析右美托咪定注射液用于气管插管全身麻醉围手术期的临床效果。方法选取该院在2017年1—12月期间收治的300例气管插管全身麻醉围手术期患者,随机分为对照组100例和观察A组100例、观察B组100例,其中对照组行0.9%氯化钠注射液静脉注射,观察A组采用0.5μg/kg右美托咪定注射液静脉注射,观察B组实施0.8μg/kg右美托咪定注射液静脉注射,比较注射前(T_1)、插管前(T_2)、插管1 min(T_3)三组患者的心率、平均动脉压、不良反应情况。结果 T_1时刻,3组患者各指标比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.601,0.547,P>0.05);T_2时刻、T_3时刻,观察A组、B组心率、平均动脉压明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=14.629,16.516,12.358,18.914,P<0.05),观察A组、B组比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.302,P>0.05);对照组不良反应发生率0.0%,观察A组、B组不良反应发生率分别为0.0%、15.0%,观察B组不良反应发生率明显高于对照组、观察A组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=11.501、12.336,P<0.05)。结论与0.8μg/kg右美托咪定注射液相比,0.5μg/kg右美托咪定注射液用于气管插管全身麻醉围手术期的临床效果显著,值得推广应用。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of injection of dexmedetomidine in the general anesthesia of tra- chea cannula during the perioperative period. Methods 300 cases of patients with general anesthesia of trachea cannula during the perioperative period in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each, the control group used the intravenous injection of 0.9% sodium chloride, while the observation A group used the intravenous injection of 0.5 μg/kg dexmedetomidine, and the observation B group used the intravenous injection of 0.8 μg/kg dexmedetomidine, and the heart rate, MAP and adverse reactions of the three groups before injection(T1),before intubatton(T2) and in 1 rain after intubatton(T3) were compared. Results Three were not obvious differences in various indicators between the three groups at T1 (t=0.601,0.547,P〉0.05) , and the heart rate and MPA in the observation A group and in the observation B group at T2 and at T3 were obviously lower than those in the control group, and the differences were obvious (t=14.629,16.516, 12.358,18.914, P〈0.05) , and the difference between the observation A group and observation B group was obvious (t=0.302,P〉0.05) ; and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation B group was obviously higher than that in the control group and the observation A group, (15.0% vs 0.0%, 0.0%), and the difference was obvious (χ^2=11.501, 12.336,P〈0.05) . Conclusion The application effect of 0.5μg/kg dexmedetomidine in the general anesthesia of trachea cannula during the perioperative period is more obvious than that of 0.8 μg/kg dexmedetomidine, which is worth promotion and application.
