摘要
目的对比分析泮托拉唑与奥美拉唑应用在消化性溃疡出血治疗的临床效果。方法选择该院2015年9月—2017年8月期间所收治的80例消化性溃疡出血患者作为本次研究案例,对其进行分组治疗,分组方式为治疗方法的不同,研究组与对照组各40例,两组患者均行常规治疗,对照组患者在常规基础上实施奥美拉唑,研究组则在常规治疗基础上行泮托拉唑治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效,并观察两组治疗后第1、3、5天的出血情况。结果研究组治疗后第1、3、5天的出血量均显著少于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义,研究组显效人数为30例,约占75.00%,对照组显效18例,显效率为(45.00%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.5000,P=0.006 1);研究组总有效率(95.00%)与对照组(87.50%)比较差异无统计学意义。结论泮托拉唑与奥美拉唑应用在消化性溃疡出血治疗的效果相当,且两种药物均无显著不良反应发生,但与奥美拉唑比较,泮托拉唑的显效时间快,且出血时间短,显效率较高,值得应用。
Objective To analyze and compare the clinical effect of pantoprazole and omeprazole in treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding. Methods 80 cases of patients with peptic ulcer bleeding admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2015 to August 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to the treatment method, with 40 cases in each, both groups used the routine therapy, the control group used the omeprazole on the basis of the routine therapy, while the research group were treated with pantoprazole on the basis of the routine therapy, and the clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups, and the bleeding at 1,3 and 5 d after treatment were observed. Results The bleeding amount in 1, 3 and 5 d after treatment in the research group were obviously lower than those in the control group, and the differences were obvious, with statistical significance, and in the research group, 30 cases were markedly effective, about accounting for 75.00%, in the control group, 18 cases were markedly effective, and the markedly effective rate was 45.00%, and the difference was obvious (χ^2=7.500 0, P=0.006 1) ; and the difference in the effective rate between the research group and the control group was not obvious (95.00% vs 87.50%), and the difference was not obvious without statistical significance. Conclusion The effect of pantoprazole and omeprazole in treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding is similar, and there are no obvious adverse reactions, but the markedly effective time of pantoprazole is faster and the bleeding time is shorter, and the markedly effective rate is higher, and it is worth application.
